Hi, I’m Frances! I’m delighted you’re here.
I believe our wisdom and talents are more essential now than ever. Many of us feel called to share them, but how can we answer that call when we feel depleted and our nervous systems are on fire?
If we want real and positive change to happen, we must begin within. To do that, our bodies must first feel safe and connected.
When we cultivate inner safety, resourcing ourselves through embodied practices, we become aware and more attuned to ourselves and others. This unlocks our potential and allows us to become powerful catalysts of change.
As a mind-body practitioner and leadership coach, I’m here to guide you in developing these skills, tending to your nervous system with mind-body-based approaches, and expanding your capacity to thrive. Through these practices, you can finally come home to yourself.
